He has led the implementation, installation and customization of over a dozen Learning Management Systems and is well versed in the intricacies of all of the market’s major LMS products.

Mr. Turner is the Founder of Oxford eLearning (now merged with Quistor). He has tremendous expreience in creating and delivering effective bespoke eLearning content to an impressive client list.
